Refund and Return Policy for Miorah Studio

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at Miorah Studio. If you receive a product and are not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange, replacement, or refund under the conditions outlined below.

General Policy

  • Exchange and replacement requests are applicable inside Dhaka only.

  • Delivery charges apply for exchange or return due to change of mind.

  • If the exchange or replacement is required due to an error from our side (wrong product, defect, or damage), Miorah Studio will bear all delivery charges.

  • Refunds are granted only in cases with valid and reasonable justification.

To request a return or exchange, you must notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

A valid receipt/invoice is required. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, along with original packaging and tags.

Miorah Studio reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund if the product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in resale condition.

 An order can be exchanged only once. Any further exchange will require delivery charges to be paid by the customer.

Conditions for Exchange & Return

    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any flaws

    • Products may be tried on for fitting purposes and will still be considered unused

    • Original tags, barcode, and packaging must be intact

    • Exchange or return request must be made within 3 days of purchase

    • Original receipt/invoice must be provided

What If the Receipt / Tags / Barcode Are Lost?

  • Exchanges may still be considered if the receipt or invoice is lost
  • You must provide the purchase contact number so we can verify your order
  • Exchange will not be accepted if tags or barcodes are irreparably damaged

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.
    If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via:

    If your request is approved, we will arrange collection through our courier partner and provide further instructions.

  •  Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

    • Refunds exclude delivery charges, unless the issue was caused by us

    • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer bears return shipping costs

    Please keep proof of postage. Miorah Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Refunds or store credit will not be issued without delivery confirmation.

Exchange Request at Miorah Studio
